TRANSFER SMS CREDIT DOCUMENTATION

OVERVIEW

This documentation is designed for those who would want to transfer SMS credits to other accounts. You can transfer to someone else’s account or to your own sub-account.

 

 

INTRODUCTION

Transfer SMS Credits allows one SMSLive247 account holder to transfer credits to another SMSLive247 account holder. Typically, it is used in a reseller environment – where the parent account holder needs to regularly transfer SMSLive247 credit to his subscribers, but could however be used arbitrarily between any two individual SMSLive247 account.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

In order to make use of this feature, you need the following:

 

• Open an account with www.smslive247.com

 

• Availability of sufficient SMS credits in the transfering account.

 

TRANSFERING SMS CREDITS TO ANOTHER SMSLIVE247 ACCOUNT HOLDER

Please follow the steps below to transfer credits to another user of SMSLive247.com

 

1.    You must have registered on www.smslive247.com. Next, login to your account.

 

2.    Click on the ''Transfer SMS Credits'' link as shown below.

 

 

 

 

3.    Next, specify your friend’s email address and the number of SMS credits you wish to transfer in the fields provided. Maximum is 10,000. There is no limit to the number of transfers you can make.

4.    Click on the ''Transfer Now'' button to proceed.

 

 

 

 

5.    A confirmation box will appear. Click on the ''Okay'' button to confirm the transfer or “Cancel” to terminate the transfer.

 

 

6.    If the credit transfer was successful, a message box appears as shown below, confirming the transaction.

7.    Click on the ''Okay'' button to dismiss the message box.

 

TRANSFERING SMS CREDITS TO YOUR SUB-ACCOUNT

1.    First, login into your SMSLive247 account and click on Sub-Accounts as shown below.

 

2.   You’ll get a screen display of all the existing sub-accounts under your SMSLive247 account, click the ‘Add SMS’ link next to the sub-account you want to transfer SMS credit to as shown below.

 

3.    Enter the total number of SMS credit you want to transfer, then click the ‘Send Now’ button.

 

4.    If the credit transfer was successful, a message box appears as shown below, confirming the transfer. Click ‘Okay’ to dismiss the message.
